What is your ratio of work for Claimant : Defendant : Joint Instruction?
60% : 30% : 10%
Do you accept instruction via email or post?

How soon will my Client receive an appointment?
Appointments are typically arranged within 2-4 weeks of receiving the instructions, sometimes sooner. Occasionally Claimant’s may have to wait slightly longer for an appointment at our smaller venues such as Gloucester, Birmingham and Cheltenham, due to less demand. We are flexible with waiting times if the instructing party wishes for their Claimant to be seen more urgently
How long does an appointment take?
A standard appointment is 30 minutes. If the case is complex then more time will be allocated. Prior notification from the instructing solicitor is required and a higher fee for the added time will be charged. If upon receipt of the instruction and case details I feel a case warrants more time, then the instructing party will be notified before scheduling the appointment
How soon will I receive the report?
Current turnaround time for Personal Injury reports is 1 week following the examination providing all medical records are received
Current turnaround time for Medical Negligence reports is 2-4 weeks from receipt of all relevant documentation and supporting information
Do you charge a non-attendance fee?
Yes - failure to attend an appointment or cancellation of an appointment with less than 48hrs notice will incur a charge of £50+ VAT
